Please Note

• A signed agreement/contract is required. By signing the agreement, renters agree to follow MYB protocols listed here. It is the responsibility of the renter to familiarize themselves with updated protocols before their rental date.
• Payment for your rental is due upon approval of your request. If you do not have a card on file, please call 301-608-2232 no more than 48 hours after approval to guarantee your reservation. If you have not submitted payment by 48 hours after approval, your rental is considered unconfirmed and may be released.
• We have a water bottle filling station ONLY. Dancers should bring a refillable bottle.
• We have one Adult changing room available. We ask that dancers come “under-dressed” with their cover-ups over dance clothes.
• Stay up to date on COVID policies found here.
• We ask that dancers sanitize any equipment or areas they touch before and after their rentals. We have sanitizer available in each studio.
• Cancellations/rescheduling: 7 days notice is preferred, but 48 hours in advance is acceptable for a full refund. Short-notice rescheduling is acceptable for illness, injury, or emergency. Other rescheduling will be accommodated as we are able depending on availability, but is not guaranteed.
• Zooming & Wifi:
  • Renters must use their own devices to Zoom.
  • Renters must use their own zoom accounts to Zoom.
  • We cannot guarantee WiFi access in the case of an area outage.
  • Renters will have access to the Guest WiFi.

To request a rental please submit the Rental Request form below at least 7 days in advance of requested rental date. Frequent renters can use the Rental Agreement form below to prepay for rentals.
