Faculty & Musician Sub Info
    • Need a sub or employee phone number? Go to the Employee Contacts section.
    • Submit a Sub Form Onlinefor all substitutions, combined classes, and if you need to cancel a class. Accompanists: forward your confirmation email to Arsen. Teachers: If a class combination or cancellation involves an accompanist, please alert Arsen.
    • Subs must provide proof of vaccination BEFORE they are approved to sub. No exemptions allowed.
    • SAME-DAY substitutions, combined classes, or cancellations:
      1. Call the Office 301-608-2232 to alert them of the change,
      2. Fill out Online Sub Form (within 3 days), and
      3. Accompanists- contact Arsen.

Timesheets/Paychecks
  • Time Sheets: will be emailed to you for edits or approval a minimum of 2 days prior to the end of the month. Approval is due on the 1st of the month.
